FRESH BANANA ICE CREAM to beat this very very intensely hot day!
Don’t you just hate it when you eat banana ice cream or banana shakes, they always leave this chunk of banana flavoring powder? Ew! That ruins the yummy ice cream moment… All the time!
So here’s an easy fix for that major dilemma! Make-your-own ice cream!
1) Freeze at least 3 large bananas. Preferably overnight.
2) Grab that dusty food processor that you have never used. Now is the time! Quickly peel the bananas using a table knife then slice them: it’s easier this way so you won’t have to deal with banana mush all over your hands.
3) Pop them in the food processor all at once. Pulse one second by one second to make sure the bananas are all well-blended. Scrape sides if needed.
4) Pour to serving cups. Put back to freezer for 20 minutes.
5) Serve!
This is the simplest version of a gelato-like dessert, but without cream or any form of dairy. Only one ingredient is needed. I’m not sure if you can get the same result from different fruits because bananas produce natural creamy mushy texture, kinda like ice cream.
So you guys should give this a try! :D

does this work with blenders too or just food processors? XD I guess I’m gonna find out tomorrow night when I give this a shot :)) thanks! :D
